Yes, all of our customer's original materials are returned when the order is completed.

Absolutely yes, all of your picture files are deleted from our computer equipment after the order is fulfilled and the 30 day warranty has expired.

- What are the picture files going to be named?
This is your choice. A 4 character name you select plus a number corresponding to the sequence of scanning. Example: FILE0001.TIF, 0001 is the first image specified in your order. Unspecified orders will be scanned and numbered randomly.
